In 30 A.D. a spiritual revolution was set in motion that would radically impact the known world. The revolution? Christianity; and it was sparked by Jesus and ignited by His disciples.

This wave of spiritual change was not assisted or supported by the religious institutions of that day; rather, it came through the MARKETPLACE. Businessmen and women were introduced to life-changing principles, the result being unprecedented societal impact. It so permeated every strata of society that it forced political change and brought unparalleled reform.

We believe this is true of our society today. When people in the marketplace teach, model and apply Biblical principles in their sphere of influence, they set the stage for revolution.

We designed the Marketplace Community Network to assist Lubbock businesses in developing strategies that will lead to spiritual transformation in the marketplace.

HOW CAN YOU HELP?

Come and participate in the monthly MCN luncheon. This is a time of fellowship and encouragement, where we make and maintain strategic marketplace relationships. We share a meal and hear a message that encourages practical application of biblical truth where we live and work.

You can become an MCN Connector. Connectors are active in inviting guests to the luncheon and help follow up with phone calls. In short they provide the personal touch of friendship that strengthens and encourages MCN relationships.

You can also participate as an MCN Facilitator. These are the folks who lead bible study groups across the city. Empowered by the call of the "Great Commission," they go and make disciples. We provide training once a month to equip them to teach and disciple others. About twice a year we hold a Facilitators Retreat for a time of fun, fellowship and in-depth training.
